Support

Looking for product support or need assistance with a project? This Tech Support Tracking System link can direct you to the right place. The Support Request Tracker is used to ensure timely and proper responses to all end-user support inquiries. The Support Request Tracker is most often used to track usability problems and usage questions related to the operation of the software which require an immediate response. This Tracker is listed as Support in the project menu.


Bugs

As software bugs are discovered, users may submit a detailed Bug Report. These Bug Reports may then be escalated to a software developer for review and resolution. This Tracker is listed as Bugs in the project menu.


Feature Requests

The Feature Request Tracker allows users to submit requests for enhancement (RFE) to the software. These types of requests typically do not require an immediate response and responses typically come in a significantly longer timeframe than those to Support Requests and Bug Reports. Submissions may be closed when the requested changes are incorporated in to the software, or when rejected by developers. This Tracker is listed as RFE in the project menu.
